Delicious in curries, chutneys, pickles and salads, and ideal for drying. Jwala has a distinctive fruity, apple-like flavour, and is rated at a moderately spicy 30,000-50,000 Scoville units.
Jwala means "flame" in Hindi; a cheerful hint about the character of this chilli! Ideal for eating green, but will become hotter as the chilli matures.
