Nigella Love in a Mist's pure white petals contrast with rich purple stamens - giving unique new beauty to an Old World bloom. A cottage garden favourite since Elizabethan times, Nigella is prized as a cut flower, and for it's delicate, lacy foliage.
Sow direct where they are to grow. Scatter seeds onto the soil, cover lightly with Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix, firm down and keep moist. Grow in sun or semi-shade. Remove spent flowers in the early stages to encourage further blooming. Later in the season leave some of the bladder-like seed pods to develop, for use in floral arrangements. Plant height 90cm | Germination 21 - 28 days | Flowering 10 weeks
